20-Year Limited Core Warranty 2-Year Limited Cover Warranty
Coverage: Your mattress core will be replaced or repaired without cost to you if it is deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects for a period of ten years from the date of the original purchase. This coverage excludes decreases in the recovery of the materials or an increase in softness because these natural changes do not affect the performance or the pressure-relieving qualities of the mattress.
Mattress Core: This warranty includes any deterioration of foam toppers and laminated cores (containing support foam and memory foam) and unlaminated cores (consisting only of support foam) that causes a visible indentation of greater than one and one quarter (1.25) inches. This indentation cannot be associated with a sag in the foundation. There is no charge for the repair or replacement of the mattress core for up to 10 years after the purchase date. For 10-20 years after the purchase date, the charge for repair or replacement of the mattress core is 50% of the original purchase price and 4% of the original purchase price for each year after the original date of purchase.
Mattress Cover: There is no charge for the repair or replacement of the mattress cover for up to two years after the purchase date.
Non-Coverage Includes: Conditions arising from normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to mattress cover compression, foam compression or discoloration of components. Damage from tampering with or opening the warranted product or component. Damage from misuse or abuse of the warranted product or component. Damage from laundering or dry-cleaning. Acts of God such as, but not limited to, flood damage. Substituting inappropriate manufacturers' foundations or box springs will void the warranty.
Procedures for Mattress Warranty Registration: Print out, complete and mail the warranty registration form to us within thirty (30) days of receiving your mattress. Or, submit your warranty registration form to us online.
Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the mattress is defective. All returned mattresses must have prior authorization before credit or a replacement mattress is provided. In the event that repair or replacement resulting from a defect is required, we will use our discretion to repair or replace the defective product or component at a cost to the purchaser based on the information provided above. The original purchase price is the price of the defective product or component at the time the warranty claim is made. We reserve the right to substitute products or components of equal or better quality if repairs or replacements are required.
This warranty will be void in the event of: Tampering with or opening finished components of the warranted product. Misuse or abuse of the warranted product or component. Sale, transfer or other disposal of the warranted product or component. Failure to complete the warranty registration within thirty (30) days of receiving the mattress. Returning a mattress that is deemed to be in an unsanitary condition.
This Limited Warranty applies only to products used in the United States. Repair or replacement of products or components under the terms of this Limited Warranty do not lengthen the period of time covered by the warranty.
This Limited Warranty is non-transferable.
Limitations: Your exclusive remedy, IN LIEU OF ALL INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING FOR NEGLIGENCE, is limited to repair or replacement of any product or component deemed to be defective under the terms and conditions stated above. We bear no other damages or expenses. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights that vary from state to state.
